Our multidisciplinary team, supported by carefully selected and experienced partners, includes ornithologists, herpetologists, mammologists, desert ecologists, botanists, GIS specialists, and experienced construction monitors. Each team member is highly skilled in the evaluation of biological resources across a range of habitat types. HBC is well-versed in the requirements of federal, state, and local environmental regulations and guidelines, including Federal and State ESAs, Clean Water Act Permits, the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and various conservation plans.
